Most professionals spend a remarkable share of their week on work that is necessary but repetitive: the same information entered again and again, processes managed by hand, details checked line by line. The expertise that clients pay for is often buried under the administration that surrounds it.
General-purpose software has not solved this. Tools designed for everyone tend to fit no one particularly well. They rarely understand the formats a profession relies on, the regulations it works within, or the standards its work must meet.
A different approach
SYBRANE Systems was founded on a simple idea: the most useful software is built for one industry at a time, by people who take the time to understand it.
Each of our products begins with immersion. We study the processes, routines and constraints of a single profession before we decide what to build. The result is software that adapts to established ways of working instead of asking professionals to change them.
Independent products, shared foundations
Every SYBRANE product carries its own name and identity, and lives on its own site. Underneath, they share the same foundations: common standards for engineering, security, privacy and design. This allows each product to stay focused on its industry while benefiting from everything we learn across the portfolio.
Our first product
Our first platform, NotaFiel, automates certificates, site records and technical reports for architecture and engineering studios. It learns from the documents a studio has already signed, so every new document comes out exactly as the team would have written it.
NotaFiel is now opening to the wider market. It is the first of several platforms we are developing.
