This policy explains how personal data is handled when you visit sybrane.com or contact SYBRANE Systems. Each of our products has its own privacy policy, available on its website.

What data we collect
- When you contact us by email: your name, email address and the content of your message.
- When you visit this website: technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, processed by our hosting and network provider to deliver the website securely.
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

How long we keep data
Correspondence is kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and then deleted unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it. Technical access data is kept only for short periods by our providers for security purposes.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers who help us operate:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting, network and security)
- Email provider (email hosting)
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and request data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise these rights, emaillegal@sybrane.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).
